San Carlos, CA:  A 55-year-old San Carlos woman was arrested Saturday, suspected of fatally shooting her husband and 14-year-old daughter, possibly on Wednesday, then staying home with the bodies for three days.  San Diego police identified the suspect as Regina Renee Johnson. Montrose County, CO:  The victim and perpetrator of a murder-suicide last week have been officially identified as Jamie Myrick, 35, and Perry S. Adams, 47, said Montrose County Sheriff Rick Dunlap.  Adams had a lengthy criminal history and Myrick at one time had a civil restraining order against him, in which she claimed he had sent her a threatening text message "saying if I put him back in prison there will be no place I can hide from him when he gets out."  The Montrose County Sheriff's Office released word of the deaths on June 14, on what would have been Myrick's 36th birthday. Wendy BotsfordGreen Bay, WI:  Formal charges have been filed against a Green Bay man for allegedly stabbing to death his live-in girlfriend during a fight.  31-year-old Richard Gardipee appeared in Brown County court Monday. Man Fatally Stabbed by Girlfriend's Ex-Boyfriend

Madison, WI:  The mother of a woman whose new boyfriend was fatally stabbed at a Madison mobile home park says the crime was "all about jealousy and rage."  The Dane County medical examiner identifies the victim as 24-year-old Craig O'Donnell. He was killed Saturday night after he returned to the mobile home park with Bailey Koenig.  The woman's mother, Jean Leman, says the man accused of killing O'Donnell had dated her daughter through high school and couldn't deal with their breakup.  » more at Leader-Telegram
