This is apparently the second incident of fatal domestic violence in rural Indiana County this weekend, although the coroner said the two incidents are not related. Adams had a lengthy criminal history and Myrick at one time had a civil restraining order against him, in which she claimed he had sent her a threatening text message "saying if I put him back in prison there will be no place I can hide from him when he gets out."
